Pricing for premium maintenance may vary once a scope of work has been established. Reasonable business hours would be from 9am to 6pm PST, Monday through Friday. There may be an additional cost associated for support calls taken outside of reasonable business hours. Maintenance cost does not include hosting or analytics fees. If you would like us to handle your hosting and analytics, please consult with us on the appropriate pricing details and scope of work.
