Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using empac.co (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Britton Lorentzen, doing business as Empac. They cover the Site only. Empac's products and the design catalog at design.empac.co are separate services, and any purchase or account there is governed by that service's own terms.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of Empac or third parties
  • Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware

Governing Law

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the remaining provisions. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Empac regarding the use of the Site.
