Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
Overview
Empac operates empac.co (the "Site"), a marketing hub for Empac's products. This policy covers the Site only. Individual products (such as GameShuffle) and the design catalog at design.empac.co are separate services with their own privacy policies that govern any account, purchase, or data handling there.
The Site itself is intentionally lightweight: it has no contact forms, no accounts, no newsletter, and no payments. It does not collect personal information from you directly.
Information Collected
Analytics
The Site uses privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate traffic — which pages are viewed and where visits come from. This data is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify individual visitors. Where analytics involve cookies, you can refuse them in your browser without losing access to the Site.
- Plausible Analytics: Cookieless, privacy-focused analytics that does not collect personal data and is GDPR compliant.
- Google Analytics: May be used for aggregate traffic measurement. When enabled, it sets cookies and collects standard usage data (browser, approximate region, pages viewed).
Information You Send Directly
If you email Empac, that message and your email address are used solely to respond to you. They are not added to any marketing list.
Third-Party Services
The Site relies on a small number of third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Vercel: Hosting and content delivery.
- Plausible Analytics: Aggregate, cookieless analytics.
- Google Analytics: Aggregate traffic measurement, where enabled.
If you have concerns about how these services handle data, review their respective privacy policies.
Your Privacy Rights
Because the Site does not collect personal information directly, there is generally no personal data for it to access, correct, or delete. If you have emailed Empac and would like that correspondence deleted, you can request it at the contact address below.
If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), you retain your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the rights to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of any personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
