What we do in this phase.
Pre-Event Consultation: We’ll walk through your event schedule, key details, and where you’ll want the most coverage.
Content Goals: We’ll talk about what you plan to do with the footage (promo, recap, social, internal use) so we can tailor our approach.
Key Moment Identification: Whether it's a keynote speaker, ribbon cutting, or behind-the-scenes action, we’ll build a list of must-capture moments.
Venue Familiarization: We’ll research the space (or do a walkthrough) to get familiar with lighting, layout, and logistics.
Gear & Crew Planning: Based on the event type and scale, we’ll plan what equipment and support are needed to capture it all smoothly.
